We have a full fledged R & D department to work on the challenges towards product performance improvement w.r.t. feedback received from the field/site as desired by the market & the customer. In order to be a global player as well as under changing global scenario, we have worked upon uninterruptedly to convert our existing rated motors & pumps info ENERGY EFFICIENT ones with high improvised tested efficiency apart from having acquired 3 to 5 star ratings in terms of energy evaluation as per the laid down norms.

Moreover, in order to have consistency in quality & control over processes as well as technical parameters, we have our in-house improvised ferrous foundry for manufacturing of stainless Steel & Gun metal Impellers, Bowls. Bushes & most of the critical parts & spares required for product. All the parts & finished goods are machined & manufactured at our state of the art CNC machines as well as other modern sophisticated sate of the art machineries for greater accuracy, consistency and mass production. In the process of accuracy, the management has focused on automation & mechanized work efficiency over manual working culture.

Besides, all the pumpsets too are tested as per IS-8034 & IS-9079 at our sophisticated ultra modem computerized and automated Testing Laboratory. Wherein all the pumps & motors are tested under various parameters & criteria so as to make them to withstand the toughest site & field conditions.
